Black & Graham, PC
Colorado Springs Criminal Defense Attorney
Joshua Lindley was born and raised in Colorado Springs, Colorado. He attended college locally at UCCS, graduating Magna Cum Laude with High Honors. He then attended the University of Utah (Go Utes) for law school. Upon graduating, Joshua immediately passed the Colorado Bar and started his career in Colorado Springs, CO.
Prior to joining Black and Graham, Joshua worked at the 4th Judicial District Attorney’s Office in El Paso County, Colorado. While there, he handled thousands of County and District Court cases, was on the vehicular homicide team, served as an advisor for Vice and Narcotics Detectives at CSPD, and tried dozens of jury trials. His advice was frequently tapped by colleagues and law enforcement in obtaining advice on motions, warrants, trial preparations and evidence issues. His knowledge and friendly demeanor easily gains the confidence, friendship and respect from other attorneys and judges.
While working at the District Attorney’s Office, Joshua gained a unique perspective as a prosecutor into the criminal process that made him very successful, which he brings to our practice. Through his years of experience and exposure to hundreds of different attorneys, Joshua is able to discern quickly the best path to a successful outcome in any case. Becoming a criminal defense attorney has become a great opportunity for him to work with and advocate for those who need a trusted guide to navigate the complicated legal process.
Joshua spends his free time with his wife and three very active boys in any way they can outdoors in this beautiful state. He also enjoys riding his motorcycle, camping, golfing, and “tinkering” in the garage.
