1. Consultation Needed for Legal Advice. Please do not e-mail the facts of your case. State bar rules, and time considerations, prohibit answering legal questions from prospective clients via e-mail. Instead, briefly describe your situation, and our staff will contact you to schedule a consultation, or advise whether we handle your type of case.

2. Colorado Criminal Defense & Family Law Only. No attorneys can know everything! We only handle Colorado family law and criminal defense cases, including restraining orders. 3. El Paso, Teller, Pueblo & Douglas Counties. We represent clients primarily in the greater Colorado Springs area, surrounding military installations, and nearby counties.

5. 1 hour Family Law Consults are Reduced Rate, not Free. For a $150 consultation fee, you receive an hour of attorney time and real Colorado family law advice, not "fluff" or a sales pitch.
