Amy J. Oberholser is a family law paralegal. Having over 15 years of experience in the areas of criminal defense, prosecution, and family law, Amy brings a wealth of experience to our practice. Having worked in agencies such as the Attorney General's Office and Public Defender's Office as well as with solo practitioners, Amy is experienced in family law, real estate law and estate planning. Most recently Amy was a paralegal at the 4th Judicial District Attorney's Office for six years where she was assigned to Drug Court and Veterans' court. As a paralegal, Amy was also assigned to felony homicides, misdemeanors and traffic cases. Born and raised in Taos, New Mexico, her hobbies include being outdoors, running, knitting, quilting and spending time with her family. Amy's passion is the law and assisting clients through the legal system.
