Aaron Gaddis is one of our seasoned associate attorneys with a background of extensive criminal defense litigation. He has appeared in Court and fought for his clients and their rights hundreds of times, ranging from homicide to sexual assault to driving under the influence, with countless contested hearings and trials behind him. Through successful negotiations, the pre-trial process and successful motions hearings, he has saved his clients from lengthy prison sentences. He knows that when clients come in with criminal charges, it is likely the low point in their lives, and he takes a passion being there for those clients in need – not only as an attorney but also as a confidant and zealous advocate of each client’s Constitutional and statutory rights.
As an associate at Black & Graham, Aaron is bridging the gap between criminal defense & other areas of the law, bringing his experience to issues such as protection order hearings, Department of Motor Vehicle hearings (DMV hearings), prohibiting unlawful search warrants and any other area of the law that will help him to better represent any client charged with a criminal case. Aaron knows that a criminal charge affects a person’s life in numerous ways and does all that he can to help each client navigate those sometimes murky waters. His ability to relate to his clients & understand their motivations enables him to represent them in a way some other attorneys can’t, and his confidence in the courtroom ensures his clients will be represented zealously.
