The Colorado Springs law firm of Black & Graham, LLC was formed in 2006 by combining two established and successful independent law firms.  Clifton L. Black practiced exclusively in criminal defense and Carl O. Graham practiced exclusively in family law.  Together, the firm has thrived, growing to four attorneys and two staff, and able to provide full service to our clients.

Oliver Johnson, a seasoned veteran with 25 years of legal experience, who practices both family law and criminal defense.

Michael A. Lassota, a former police officer who also has almost 20 years of lawyering behind him in both family and criminal law.
